Bradley Wiggins Won Tour de France

Bradley Wiggins became the first British bike rider who won the Tour de France when he won the biggest bike race it's 99th edition on Sunday. Wiggins reach the finish in a secure position with a large group of riders in Stage-20 to the last stage also with the distance of 120 km from Rambouillet.

Last stage was won by his teammate and compatriot Mark Cavendish. In the overall standings, Wiggins beat teammate and fellow countryman Sky Chris Froome with three minutes 21 seconds. He beat Italian rider Vincenzo Nibali by 6:19.

Australian rider Cadel Evans, who started the race three weeks as the defending champion, finished seventh in the standings. He was defeated by his BMC team mate Tejay van Garderen. U.S. riders won fifth place and a white shirt as the best U-25 rider.

French rider Thomas Voeckler won the polka dot shirt as best ramp rider. Slovakian rider Peter Sagan won the green jersey for sprint points, most collectors.

RadioShack-Nissan team won the team classification. Rider Chris Anker Sorensen Denmark was chosen as the most aggressive rider.
