In the U.S., there are no foods that are named gudangan. Gudangan is a typical traditional Indonesian food, especially the Javanese. Gudangan food consisted of boiled vegetables in a half-baked and flavored. Seasoning makes a delicious meal. Gudangan usually eaten with rice. It was sweet and spicy. The boiled vegetables include: spinach, kale, carrots, sprouts, etc., can be added according to taste.

This is the spices and ingredients used to make gudangan:
A. Spinach leaves, carrots, kale, and sprouts. You can buy this material in the supermarket or traditional market near the house.
